| Why email counselling instead of online counselling? |

We have chosen to use email as our form of online counseling for one simple reason: Email is such a common way of communicating these days that many people are extremely comfortable with it. But also email is something you can use almost anywhere. At home, at work or using webmail when away from your normal computers. It is very accessible. Counselling can be a difficult process so we thought long and hard, then we decided to keep the email counselling process as simple as possible. For your sake and ours.
